Step 1: Sign Up and Complete Your Reference Checks
Deadline: Within 24 hours
You will receive a link from our trusted third-party referencing company. Please log in and complete the online ID checks and reference form. They will then promptly verify your references, and if necessary, request any supporting documents.
We recommend opting for Open Banking as it expedites the referencing process.
Step 2: We’ll Complete Landlord/Property Checks
Deadline: No action needed from you
We will handle all necessary landlord and compliance checks on your new home as soon as possible. Rest assured that we will be diligently working to complete this step.
Step 3: Sign Your AST (Assured Shorthold Tenancy)
Deadline: Within 24 hours after receiving the final copy
As soon as you sign up for referencing, you will receive a draft copy of your Assured Shorthold Tenancy (AST) agreement. Take your time to review the document thoroughly before signing. Once you receive the final copy for electronic signature, please sign it within 24 hours to finalise the agreement.
Step 4: Pay Your Move-In Monies
Deadline: As soon as possible
To secure your new home, please prepare to pay the Move-In Monies, which include your first rent payment and the security deposit. Please note that if the payment is an international transfer, it may take over 10 days to clear and may incur additional bank charges.
Step 5: Your Agent Will Contact You to Arrange and Book Your Move-In Day

Once all the above steps are completed, you will passed from the customer service team back to your dedicated agent will reach out to you to arrange and book your move-in day. Your agent will ensure that the move-in process is seamless and tailored to your convenience.
